Job Descripition :
Co-ordination of the traditional calls and lines business, including the consumer base
Ensure internal OLAs are met.
Provide updates to Project Managers on supplier/product
related delays.
Assist the Redcentric Support function with regards to fixing
faults and provisioning related issues.
Maintain and update the Customer Provisioning Portal and
number management applications.
Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company
Adherence to Redcentric Solutions Limited ISO09001 and
ISO27001 certification standards:
1. Compliance with Redcentrics policies and procedures
2. Handling and protection of Redcentric information
3. Reporting of security events
4. Implementing appropriate policies and procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficiency and Basic knowledge on MS office.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the
- ability to solve problems
- Ability to learn quickly and stay current with new business
- processes and new technologies.
- Should be able to communicate with UK customers over
- voice and email.
- Graduation or above.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
- Experience in an ISP/ICT Provisioning environment
- Experience of managing customer relationships and issues
- Project Co-ordination experience
