Job Description :
- To generate revenue through selling Pearson products on telephone to end users registered on edurite.com. across India.
- Responsible for interacting with PAN India registered customer resulting in a quality sale.
- Customer Interaction will be through calls.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database.
- Understand the customers query and identify the customers need.
- Recommend potential products or services to customers by analyzing customer needs.
- Convince customers to purchase the products.
- Maintain relationships with customer by providing support, information, and guidance and providing them with 100% satisfaction on the product they purchase.
- Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action as well.
Desired Profile
- Hands on experience with sales or customer interaction experience.
- Effective oral communication skills to identify customers need and convince.
- Can do attitude to achieve targets.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Required languages English, Hindi and any two other languages.
