Experience :
- 2-3 years hands on experience configuring and developing Salesforce.com applications
- Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer preferred
- Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Force.com and Visualforce.com
- Working knowledge of Apex, S-Controls, Triggers, API integration, and Mash-ups
- Experience in enterprise class systems, system development, quality assurance, deployment, configuration, and agile methodologies and concepts.
- Good knowledge of Eclipse and JIRA
- Strong broad-based understanding of the Salesforce.com application and its architecture.
- Ability to communicate ideas, expectations, and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to translate technical specifications into customer/business requirements
- Experience troubleshooting and finding multiple solutions to a complex problem
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing and interrupt-driven environment

- Customize Salesforce.com page layouts, fields, tabs, and business processes
- Maintain and create workflows and approval processes within Salesforce.com
- Integration of Salesforce.com with other SaaS applications and internal IT systems
- Assist with bulk imports and exports of data into Salesforce.com
- Maintain user roles, security, profiles, etc.
- Coordinate upgrades, new system implementations, integration, etc.
- Assist in the resolution of technical support cases
- Design and build custom objects in Salesforce.com
- Integrate AppExchange applications within Salesforce.com organization
- Design and build custom applications using Force.com and Visualforce.com
